This service is intended for a child who is not experiencing any particular difficulties, but wishes to improve their academic performance. If they are already performing well, a tutor will teach them more complex concepts than those covered in class. The goal of enrichment is to take the child further, to give them challenges to meet and to encourage them to exceed their limits... all while having fun, of course!
The tutor writes a report after each meeting, as well as a comprehensive progress report every 10 hours of mentoring. This allows you to track your child's work progress. The tutor also collaborates with their teachers to ensure optimal support.
Before becoming part of the Succès Scolaire team, all candidates must go through a rigorous certification process, during which their skills are tested and their criminal record is checked. All tutors have a university-level education (bachelor's degree or higher) related to the subjects they teach and have experience working with youth.

Enhancement is a service for children who do not have any particular difficulties but want to improve their results or go further. If the student is already performing well, the tutor can teach them more complex concepts than those covered in class, with motivating challenges (in a fun way!).
The program is designed for students who want to get ahead and excel, even if they do not have any particular difficulties. Continuous monitoring is provided: a summary after each meeting and a full report after 10 hours including the possibility of collaboration with teachers.
Every child is unique. An advisor will take the time to talk to you in order to understand your child's difficulties and goals. We will then suggest the most suitable program and match you with a tutor who best meets your child's needs.
Our tutors meet strict qualifications:
- Relevant university education: They have post-secondary studies in teaching, youth development, or the subject being taught.
- University-level tutors must have completed at least 12 university credits in the subject they teach.
- Some are active or former certified teachers.
- Experience with youth: All tutors have prior experience working with children or teens.
- Background check: Every tutor has a clean criminal record.

Our tutoring sessions take place online, anywhere in Quebec, via an interactive platform that facilitates communication between the student and the tutor (screen sharing, learning tools, etc.). To support follow-up and review, sessions can be recorded, allowing students to review the material as needed.
Our sessions are offered at $50/hour.
